Services We Offer:

Glenn George is the Chief Operating Officer of Reya Laboratories. Glenn holds a Doctor of Science from Nova Southeastern University and an MBA from University of Wisconsin Parkside. Glenn also serves as the Medical Laboratory Science Program Director for the University of Wisconsin Parkside and in (KOL) positions industry-wide.

Dr. Melanie Owens is the Chief Operating Officer of Reya Pharmacy, bringing over 20 years of dedicated experience in the pharmaceutical industry.  Proficient in people leadership, medication therapy management, and immunizations, Melanie is passionate about delivering top-tier customer care.  One career highlight was her participation in the COVID Roundtable Discussion with Susan Rice and President Joe Biden, where she contributed insights and expertise to address crucial healthcare challenges.  Additionally, Melanie serves as a preceptor for Chicago State University College of Pharmacy students, guiding the next generation in the field.  A proud alumnus of Xavier University of Louisiana, and rooted in Chicago, Melanie continues to drive innovation and set new standards in healthcare at Reya.

Zantraquilla Madkins is the Chief Nursing Officer (CNO) at Reya where she focuses on enhancing patient care through strategic leadership and operational expertise. With a strong educational background that includes an MBA and extensive nursing experience, she is dedicated to driving excellence and innovation in patient services. At Reya, she leads transformative initiatives that elevate patient satisfaction and operational efficiency, drawing from her previous success as a clinical leader and business owner, Zantraquilla oversees transportation and home health services for Reya, ensuring the delivery of high-quality care and reliable transportation. Her commitment to comprehensive care and operational excellence underscores her ability to lead in complex healthcare environments.

Brad Silverman is the Chief Growth Officer at Reya, leading business development and marketing across the enterprise. Brad brings 15 years of leadership experience – including roles with leading healthcare organizations such as DaVita Kidney Care and Kaufman Hall – and a proven track record in finance, business development and provider strategy. Brad holds an MBA with honors from the University of Southern California and a bachelor’s degree from Vanderbilt University.

Frank Nash is the Chief Technology Officer of Reya, bringing deep healthcare experience and passion for technology to help deliver a wide range of services to both providers and consumers. Based in San Francisco, when not driving new tech strategies, you’ll find Frank out hitting the slopes snowboarding, catching some wind kiteboarding or just chilling with a glass of wine in Napa. Leveraging his passion for adventure and commitment to innovation, Frank supports Reya’s broad suite of healthcare services and drives our central, proprietary tech platform to improve outcomes for patients and providers alike.
